Rental Application Guidelines
We base our decision to rent based on an applicant’s:

Credit History – Free of open non-medical judgments and past-due debt

Job History
-
Rental History – Free of any evictions or negative references

Criminal History
-
Financial Information – including income, liquid assets and debt
-
Personal, Business, and Landlord references

Applicants with poor credit will not be considered

Anyone whose income will be used to pay rent will be considered an Applicant or Co-Applicant and must follow the process outlined here

In addition to filling out the online application, please scan and email the following to Mark Adcock ([email protected])

A legible copy of a valid driver’s license
-
Your most recent bank statement for the account that shows your pay as a deposit on that statement which is typically a checking account (I need all of the pages from the statement)

Your most recent pay stub(s)

Completed applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received after all necessary information has been submitted
